Dana Thompson is a TV & Film Editor (IATSE local 700) whose work can be seen on Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, PBS and Food Network. Dana studied film at Columbia College Chicago, where she majored in video editing with a minor in motion graphics. After moving to LA, she got her start in TV at The Jim Henson Company, where she edited shows that utilized motion capture, digital puppetry, and multi-media compositing. Dana has now spent the past decade working in this hybrid space between live action and animation, always striving to push creative boundaries and immerse her audiences into new worlds.
